  • Doheny and Nesbitts of Baggot Street, Dublin, is another fine example of Dublin's Victorian style pubs, its exterior facade attracting artists and photographers attention over the years, and it's mahogany interior features of snugs and partitions gaining similar regard. A lively venue that boasts a great pint of Guinness and sure to attract many a customer in from the wet and cold of an evening as in this painting.

    Despite the blues outside, the glow from the yellow and orange colours in the window give the painting a warm vibrancy.
